Introduction
Is the painful experience than any of the disease not being any disease. It is a minute mechanical problems developed in spine.
I had gone through this episode and had extremely bad experience. I had this problem at three places at ones. I used to experience severe pains 24 X 7. I came to conclusion to change body as, it may not be possible to live long with this body. I did not have emotional problem of pain as I knew pains are information signals sent to brain.
So suicide was out of question but the change of body was felt as pains used to be always and sleep was reduced to 4 hours in night which reduced my efficiency in office also.
Later I fortunately attended a camp where I was allowed to sleep on mattress for 6 days. As an engineer I analysed this treatment and came to a simple and less time consuming method. Now even a healthy person can follow this method for improving the body performance.
Yes...! Body performance; because all nerves pass from spinal chord itself. When the communication of all organs with brain increases performance of organs also improve. I have experienced this 100%.
What is this method?
This is a simple technique developed by me; for the first time I am explaining it for all of you those are really suffering from this nightmare.
Procedure:
1. take pillow below head lift and place head as shown by '1'. (You can place your both hands also.)
2. You will realise traction and pains will also be felt. This will create traction in cervical part of vertebra. Do not be afraid of that because the 'pressed nerve' is getting opened from previous position.
3. Now fold your knees as blue arrow, and push your hips down (towards heel). This will generate traction between shoulder and lumber.
4. Sometimes you can apply some inflammatory ointment at the place of acute pain. Application of pure coconut oil is the best in this case as coconut oil only has ability of 'healing'.
5. This traction can be maintained for only 5 to 6 minutes only.
Healthy person can also practice this. It will give good health and better organ performance.
